Title: Continuous Improvement Analyst

Job Type: 6 months contract to hire
Shift: M F 6:00 AM 2:30 PM
Pay Rate: $32.00 - $41.00 hourly on W2
Job Summary:
- Highly motivated and self-directed individual to drive implementation of the Clients Continuous Improvement Structured Approach.
- Works closely with employees at all levels of the organization teaching coaching and mentoring to drive a culture of continuous improvement and problem solving utilizing the lean and six sigma tools and methodologies.
- Develops CI capability at all levels of the organization.
- Positively leads change and improvement towards strategic objectives through facilitation and training of teams and individuals.
- Monitors teams progress and supports as necessary to drive project implementation and sustainability.

Education And/or Experience:
- Minimum two years experience in Operations Management/Continuous Improvement or equivalent.
Language Skills:
- Strong communication skills (Bilingual: English/Spanish a plus). Ability to read analyze and interpret common scientific and technical journals financial reports and legal documents.
- Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers regulatory agencies or members of the business community.
- Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format.
- Ability to effectively present information to top management public groups and/or boards of directors.
Mathematical Skills:
- Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.
- Ability to apply concepts such as fractions percentages ratios and proportions to practical situations.
Reasoning Ability:
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written oral diagram or schedule form.
Computer Skills:
- To perform this job successfully an individual should be a proficient user of Microsoft Office Word Excel Visio and Power Point.
- Additional computer skills a plus. AutoCAD skills a plus.
