Position Summary
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Software Tester with at least 1 year of experience in manual and automation testing. The candidate should be highly analytical with strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for validating and improving all development outputs to ensure product quality reliability and performance.
Key Responsibilities
Perform manual testing for websites Android apps iOS apps and custom web applications.
Execute automation testing wherever applicable (tools like Selenium Appium etc.).
Create maintain and execute test cases test plans and test scripts.
Identify record and track bugs/defects using bug-tracking tools.
Collaborate closely with developers to ensure timely issue resolution.
Perform functional usability regression and compatibility testing.
Verify UI/UX elements performance and responsiveness across devices & platforms.
Validate releases and ensure final product meets quality standards.
Provide clear testing documentation and reports.
Participate in product reviews and requirement discussions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1 year experience in software testing (manual automation preferred).
Strong understanding of SDLC STLC Testing methodologies.
Knowledge of testing tools like Selenium Appium Jira/Bugzilla/Trello (preferred).
Hands-on experience in creating test cases test scripts and defect reports.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills English speaking & writing essential.
Ability to work in-house from our Coimbatore office.
Bonus Skills (Good to Have)
Knowledge of API testing tools like Postman
Basic understanding of databases (SQL queries)
Experience in performance testing tools (JMeter LoadRunner optional)
