Position / Designation-Vigilance Manager
Reporting to : Vigilance Head – Assistant General Manager
Location-Chennai
Salary-3.6 LPA-4 LPA
Educational Qualification / Technical Certification :Graduation in any stream
Experience- Years in vigilance risk management and compliance within the NBFC sector with a strong focus on fraud detection investigation and adherence to regulatory guidelines.

*Key Responsibilities :*

•Examine the existing Organization procedure and eliminate or minimize factors that provide opportunities for corruption or malpractices and suggest remedial measures.
•Plan conduct regular inspections and surprise visits.
•Identify sensitive posts and offices plan regular and surprise inspections of such posts and offices.
•Investigation of Complaints assigned if any.
•Grant of Vigilance Clearances.
•Maintain close liaison / interaction with local police stations CBI and Administrative Ministry on vigilance matters.
•Maintain probity integrity and efficiency in the Organization.
•Act as watchful eye to curb corruption misconduct
negligence waste & wrongful loss to the Organization.
•Keep a close watch on the working of burglar alarms CCTVs in the branches and do a routine check DVR working status.
•Keep a tab on the attendance registers any indifferent behaviour from the employees lapse in safety measures.
•Keep a close watch on the vacant premises nearby the branch location other lodges functioning in and around the branch premises
