This right team member will be responsible for the day-to-day creation of our marketing assets with a focus on delivering high-quality impactful design that resonates with our audience; bringing complex ideas to life with modern clean and compelling visuals.
This will be a hands-on role requiring both daily execution and long term strategic planning thriving with tight deadlines and changing needs across time zones - and above all deliver growth.
Objectives of this Role
- Grow a brand presence with a modern and consistent aesthetic to all of our marketing material
- Elevate user engagement through compelling design that captures attention communicates value and guides users through their journey
- Deliver performance growth by supporting our lead generation customer nurturing and brand awareness objectives
What youll be doing
- Data-Informed Creation: Use customer insights trends and best practices to devise create & develop the brand growth.
- Design & Go-to-Market Strategies: Plan support & create effective designs that engage our target audience and deliver success.
- Branding & Visuals: Ensure all designs maintain a consistent and modern SaaS brand identity.
- Digital Design: Create digital assets for social media advertising email and documents.
- Web Design: Design and update web pages with a focus on visual appeal and user experience.
- Event & Presentation Assets: Design presentation templates and event visuals for both virtual and in-person events.
- Project Ownership: Lead design projects from start to finish both independently and with the team.
- Partner with external marketing and web teams to design test and evolve our brand creative.

Required Skills:
Qualifications 3-4 years of experience in content marketing with a strong focus on SEO preferably in SaaS or B2B environments. Proven experience creating content for industries such as Retail/Ecommerce Banking Travel or Telecoms. Exceptional writing and editing skills with a portfolio showcasing SEO-optimized and diverse content -depth knowledge of SEO tools (e.g. SEMrush Ahrefs Moz) and proven success in improving search engine rankings. Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) and CMS platforms. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including email marketing social media and PPC. Self-starter with excellent project management and organizational skills. Native or fluent English skills are a must.
