Job Summary

Role: Chief AI & Technology Officer

Our client is an early-stage HRTech startup on a mission to build an AI-native platform that redefines how organizations attract manage and develop talent.

They are seeking a visionary Chief AI & Technology Officer to join the founding team a hands-on technology leader who can shape the product architecture and long-term innovation strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end development of the AI-first HRTech platform.
Build and mentor an engineering and data science team.
Define and execute the technology vision architecture and roadmap.
Partner closely with the founders to align product and market strategy.

Requirements

Ideal Profile:

Strong technical foundation in AI/ML data engineering or SaaS platforms.
Proven experience leading technology or product teams (startup exposure preferred).
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building from the ground up.
