Job Summary
Responsibilities
Develop core modules of the Manus Agent driving practical applications of generative AI in real-world scenarios
Optimize Agent performance through prompt engineering tool design RAG and Agent system architecture optimization
Validate new product feature ideas through rapid prototyping
Build evaluation systems and automated evaluation processes to assess Agent performance
Requirements
1-3 years of programming experience; Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field (outstanding new graduates welcome)
Strong programming skills excellent design capabilities and high code quality standards
Proficiency in the front-end technology stack for rapid prototyping and developing evaluation platforms
Solid understanding of backend technologies including databases caching message queues and microservices
Strong ownership mindset for your areas of responsibility
Ability to adapt quickly to dynamic and fast-paced environments
