Job Objective: Our client is seeking to hire a highly skilled Content Creator with a strong focus on social videography and mobile editing to produce dynamic trend-led content for its digital platforms.

The ideal candidate must have a natural eye for capturing moments understand what performs well on social media and can shoot edit and deliver compelling videos using high-end smartphones and editing apps. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes social trends from Reels and TikToks to behind-the-scenes storytelling and can translate creative briefs into scroll-stopping content that amplifies brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Capture high-quality videos and photos using advanced mobile phones (e.g. iPhone 15 Pro Samsung S24 Ultra etc.) for social media platforms.

Conceptualize shoot and edit short-form videos optimized for Instagram Reels TikTok YouTube Shorts and other social channels.

Collaborate with the social media and creative teams to bring campaign ideas to life through engaging visuals and storytelling.

Edit videos using mobile and desktop tools (e.g. CapCut VN InShot Adobe Premiere Rush etc.) with attention to rhythm color grading and sound sync.

Keep up with social trends transitions and effects to ensure content stays current and competitive.

Manage content shoots location scouting and talent coordination when needed.

Deliver final edits that maintain consistent visual quality and brand tone.

Organize raw footage maintain a content library and meet project timelines.

Occasionally handle live coverage for events activations or product launches.

Requirements

24 years of experience in content creation videography or digital storytelling (preferably for brands or agencies).

Proven experience shooting and editing short-form content using mobile devices.

Proficiency with editing apps (CapCut VN InShot Lightroom Mobile etc.).

Strong understanding of composition lighting and visual storytelling.

Ability to plan and execute shoots independently and meet deadlines.

Strong grasp of social media aesthetics and what performs on each platform.

Basic knowledge of social analytics and content optimization is a plus.

Familiarity with brand guidelines and tone of voice consistency

Preferred Attributes:

Creative proactive and detail-oriented.

Naturally trend-aware and active on TikTok Instagram and Reels.

Comfortable directing talent or appearing on camera when needed.

Able to adapt to fast-paced content schedules and tight turnarounds.

Team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills
