We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Creator to support the companys marketing social media and brand communication efforts. The role is responsible for producing engaging visual and written content that highlights the estates lifestyle offering hospitality experiences nature luxury and community. The ideal candidate will help strengthen the estates digital presence tell compelling stories and drive audience engagement across all online platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Create high-quality photo video and written content showcasing accommodations farm activities guest experiences events food and the natural environment.
Capture and edit short-form video content (reels stories behind-the-scenes highlights) for social media platforms.
Support the planning and execution of content aligned with marketing campaigns promotions and seasonal activities.
Manage day-to-day content posting across social media platforms ensuring consistency in tone style and quality.
Ensure all content reflects the companys brand identity values and visual standards.
Collaborate with marketing operations guest experience and events teams to source content ideas and stories.
Monitor engagement and performance of content to help improve reach relevance and audience interaction.
Support online community engagement by responding to comments and messages when required.
Stay up to date with digital content trends social media formats and best practices relevant to hospitality and lifestyle brands.

Requirements

24 years of experience in content creation digital media or social media roles.
Strong skills in photography videography and short-form video creation.
Excellent writing and storytelling skills with the ability to create engaging captions and narratives.
Proficiency in content creation and editing tools (e.g. Canva Adobe Suite CapCut InShot or similar).
Experience creating content for hospitality lifestyle travel nature or luxury brands is a strong advantage.
Highly creative organized and able to manage multiple content tasks in a fast-paced environment.
