Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand manufacturing processes and requirements for Odoo implementation.
- Analyze business processes and workflows identifying areas for improvement using Odoo.
- Document and prioritize business requirements user stories and acceptance criteria for Odoo modules.
- Work with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into functional specifications.
- Facilitate workshops and interviews to gather and validate Odoo implementation requirements.
- Develop documentation including process flows use cases and user stories.
- Conduct impact analysis for proposed changes in Odoo.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Computer Science or related field.
- 2 years of experience as a business analyst preferably in manufacturing or ERP projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to understand complex manufacturing processes.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with requirements management tools (e.g. Jira Confluence).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Odoos interface.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain concepts.
- Experience with Odoo modules (Manufacturing Inventory Accounting) is desirable.
Other Skills:
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
- Passion for continuous learning in Odoo and manufacturing technologies.
- Positive attitude and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Basic understanding of data migration and database concepts for ERP systems.
