Learning Technology Specialist owns the learning technology landscape of the Global Education team at Mews. As a key member of the team they are responsible for setting up and managing our LMS and other learning-related tools in a way that meets the needs of the organization and its learners - both externally for Mews clients and partners and internally for purposes of training and upskilling of Mews employees.
Your mission should you choose to accept it:
- Hold overall responsibility for learning technology solutions (LMS authoring tools digital credentials tool etc.)
- Act as a Product Owner forLMS at Mews and ensure we fully adopt its features to maximize the platform potential and deliver the best user experience.
- AdministerLMS portals - platform setup users management content management testing troubleshooting solving LMS-related queries internally.
- Define document and implementLMS Standards (Technical/Compliance/Data/Security) and ensure the standards are followed. Create playbooks for risk/critical situations.
- Ensure we have easy access to relevant learning data and KPIs. Act as an internal consultant by analyzing data and recommending solutions to utilize the learning technology to deliver track training and measure performance to meet organizational objectives.
- Work with relevant stakeholders to automate processes where possible and to integrateLMS with other systems as needed. Cross-collaboration with CS Ops and BizOps teams on integration of applications software selection and ensuring proper flow of data for both up and downstream processes.
- Work on Global Education projects and initiatives supporting the team and company objectives.
- Identify future opportunities and ensure our learning technology landscape is the right fit for Mews and our future growth.
Youll be a great fit if you bring a few of the below with you:
- 3 - 5 years experience with LMS and LXP - Expert knowledge and professional experience with their implementation and/or adoption.
- Customer-oriented person - Striving to provide the best learner experience for the end-users. Working knowledge of UX and UI is preferable.
- Solid knowledge of authoring tools (e.g. Articulate Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing tools (e.g. Camtasia).
- Experience with integrations (e.g. CRMHRIS Gainsight & salesforce) and process automations.
- Creative mindset - A critical thinker with innovative problem-solving skills.
- Delivery excellence - Able to work on own initiative with a proactive approach and get things done.
- Good project management and organizational skills - Able to prioritize and manage multiple simultaneous deadlines.
- Great interpersonal skills with ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders and maintain relationships.
- Broad knowledge of technology trends and passion to continuously learn about and share technology tools and their appropriate application to learning.
