We are looking for a Senior Manager AI & Advanced Analytics to deliver hands-on support for building deploying and maintaining AI models automation tools and digital agents within R&D. Ensures systems are user-friendly integrated with existing platforms and aligned with compliance and operational goals.
Your Role:
- Build test and deploy AI/ML models and automation workflows independently.
- Work with users to gather requirements deliver prototypes and iterate solutions for R&D use cases.
- Contribute to documentation validation and audit-readiness activities.
- Monitor model performance gather feedback and support retraining or optimization efforts.
- Provide technical support for integration with data pipelines and R&D platforms.
- Lead training programs and user onboarding activities.
Your Experience:
- Bachelors degree in data science Computer Science or related field.
- 7 years of experience working with AI automation or data science solutions.
- Hands-on experience with scripting languages ML frameworks or automation tools.
- Understanding of life sciences or regulated industry processes is preferred.
- Collaborative mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
