Job Summary
Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team in a fast paced and challenging area This is a unique opportunity for you to work in the Transformation team to partner with the Business.
As a Transformation Developer - Associate within the Asset Management Operations Strategy & Transformation group in PAG you will focus on delivering transformation projects that leverage advanced analytics automation and data-promoten insights to solve business challenges.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and execute projects involving intelligent automation process optimization and analytics using tools such as Alteryx Tableau SQL Python and UiPath.
- Track and report KPIs OKRs and project benefits (cost/value delivered inventory license/infrastructure costs) for senior management.
- Design develop and maintain automated workflows and dashboards.
- Mine automation opportunities across diverse datasets (Manual Process Inventory BPM/BDM data JIRA logs etc.) and collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and implement solutions.
- Contribute new ideas and perspectives to foster a learning mindset and stretch the thinking of the group.
- Stay current with emerging financial technologies and automation trends.
- Communicate effectively with project teams and sponsors throughout the project lifecycle providing updates on status risks roadblocks and outcomes.
Required qualifications capabilities and skills:
- Graduate or postgraduate in any discipline.
- Certifications in relevant technologies (Python Alteryx Tableau UiPath SQL Databases) .
- Minimum 5 years experience in advanced data analysis automation and solution development.
- Proven expertise in Alteryx Tableau SQL Python Databases and UiPath Hyperautomation.
- Strong data visualization and PowerPoint skills with demonstrated experience.
- Ability to build relationships and influence decisions across business and technology teams.
- Experience working with large datasets and driving process improvements.
- Familiarity with financial technologies and a commitment to ongoing skill development.
