About the Position
The Coordinator People Operations is responsible for providing administrative support to the People and Culture team and generalist HR advice to the wider organisation.
In this role youll be the first point of contact for internal and external enquiries proactively finding solutions and triaging requests. You will support HR operational processes contribute to system upgrade and improvement projects and ensure HR records are maintained accurately and efficiently. Youll enable and support hiring managers to navigate recruitment and onboarding with confidence ensuring processes are clear consistent and well-supported while providing guidance across the broader employee lifecycle to create a seamless team member experience.

Full time fixed term position (to Nov 2026). Band 3.1 Salary $78901.68 per annum plus superannuation.
