  • Supportand inspirethe Regional Operations Administration(GSI)team to deliver outstanding customer service

  • Drive performanceby monitoring results customer enquiry trendsandidentifyingtraining needs

  • Own key processesincluding policy renewalsensuringcompliance with ICA guidelines

  • Be the go-to expertfor operational processes and technical support

WhatWereLooking For

  • Experience in acustomer facingrole within the insurance industry

  • Comprehensive Guidewire knowledge and skills

  • Strong coaching and quality assessment skills

  • Natural problem solver and process-driven thinking

  • Mandatory RG146 Tier 2 (General Insurance General and Personal Advice)

  • A proactiveindividualwith excellent organisational and relationship-building skills
