Be the go-to expertfor operational processes and technical support

Experience in acustomer facingrole within the insurance industry
Comprehensive Guidewire knowledge and skills
Strong coaching and quality assessment skills
Natural problem solver and process-driven thinking
Mandatory RG146 Tier 2 (General Insurance General and Personal Advice)
A proactiveindividualwith excellent organisational and relationship-building skills
