- 14.00 hourly Non-Exempt (Eligible for overtime)

Purpose of Position
This is a part-time non-benefited position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide campus tours for prospective students and families high school students and other groups as assigned.
- Provide VIP tours as requested/ assigned for visiting guests industry partners alumni and/or distinguished guests and dignitaries.
- Assist with special events such as career/college shows/expos and other college sponsored events as needed.
- Assisting visitors to the Deans Office. Answering phone calls emails etc.
- Checking in all appointments to the Deans Office as well as the Aerospace Success Center.
- Assist with other duties and organization as they arise.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum second semester student enrolled in one of the academic departments within the John D. Odegard School ofAerospace Studies.
- Enrolled in a minimum of 1 credit for the employed academic semester.
- Attention to detail.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to interact with various groups of individuals in a tour setting.
- Good organizational skills.
- Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check
In compliance with federal law all persons hired will be required to verify identityand eligibility to work in the US and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.This position does not support visa sponsorship for continued employment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Sophomore status preferred.
