Job Summary
We are looking for an outstanding ML Engineer that empowers other Data Scientists and ML Engineers to do their best work.
- 7 years of industry experience in ML Engineering or Data Science
- Experience leading strategic technical projects with multiple stakeholders that result in significant organizational impact
- Strong programming skills in Python and Spark with experience building data pipelines and ML systems at scale
- Experience leveraging LLMs feature engineering and machine learning to develop metrics and generate insights to improve the user experience
- Demonstrated ability to influence technical direction and mentor ML Engineers or Data Scientists
- Ph.D. in a technical or quantitative field such as Statistics Biostatistics Computer Science Machine Learning Operations Research or 10 years of industry experience with demonstrated technical leadership
- Passion for improving the user experience while preserving user privacy
- Track record of quickly ramping on new technologies
