Job Summary

Position: Electrical Engineer

Location: Norcross GA

Role Summary:-

We are seeking an experienced CAD Designer in our Atlanta office. The ideal candidate is self-motivated and team-oriented and proficient with AutoCAD. The CAD Designer works alongside engineers designing and drafting high voltage electrical substations primarily from 46 to 500 kV. Candidate must be a responsible highly motivated and detail-oriented individual.

Required Skills and Qualifications :-

5 years of AutoCAD and AutoCAD Electrical experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365
Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to interact and work comfortably with clients and associates of various backgrounds and abilities
Must be self-motivated with the ability to efficiently manage time with a minimum of supervision
Service-oriented attitude
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail
Effective problem solving skills
Strong organizational and project planning skills

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

Two-year degree from an accredited university
Experience with designing in CAD of protection and controls of electrical substations

Experience working with investor-owned utilities in Georgia
