This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in coordinating case management workforce change strategy and policy activities. Youll be working closely with the ER leadership team acting as a trusted advisor and collaborator to ensure smooth delivery across a diverse portfolio.

What youll be doing:
- Supporting day-to-day operations across ER teams ensuring delivery requirements are understood and met
- Preparing materials communications and resources to support ER activities
- Reviewing and distilling complex ER papers into clear relevant insights for varied audiences
- Coordinating key meetings and preparing ER papers for internal and external stakeholders
- Managing workforce change projects including scheduling documentation and consultation logistics
- Developing and enhancing reporting tools dashboards and analysis to support decision-making
- Resolving ad hoc queries gathering data and applying commercial acumen to drive outcomes
- Identifying and supporting process improvements to enhance employee and business experiences
Qualifications :
Who were looking for:
- CIPD Level 3 qualification or equivalent demonstrable experience
- Strong understanding of HR practices employment legislation and organisational policies
- Excellent data analysis skills with the ability to derive actionable insights
- Experience in coordinating multiple projects or programmes simultaneously
- Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Clear and confident communicator both verbally and in writing
- Familiarity with project planning methodologies and governance processes
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and build trusted relationships
