- Support the overall Food & Beverage operation of the resort to maximize guest satisfaction team member performance and business results.
- Promote and ensure guest satisfaction through excellent service and high-quality products.
- Develop and maintain a strong team environment through effective leadership and communication.
- Ensure the delivery of prompt courteous service in accordance with brand and Food & Beverage standards.
- Handle daily team member relations including scheduling performance management and conflict resolution.
- Oversee inventory management across all F&B Outlets.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and implement new menu items and seasonal offerings.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations as well as company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with other departments to support special events conferences and banquets/weddings.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for food and beverage supplies.
- Implement and maintain quality control measures for all food and beverage products and services.
- Stay current with industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas to enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications :
College diploma in Hotel Management or related field
Previous experience in Food & Beverage/Restaurant and Banquet/Events operation
Passion for leadership and teamwork
Eye for detail to achieve operational excellence
Excellent guest service skills
