Job Summary
- To ensure the resolution of all conflicts in the designs and drawings of the steel mechanical- (HVAC Fire Fighting Fire Alarm BMS Baggage Handling system) electrical and plumbing Specialist systems like Hydrogen detection Precise Air Conditioning ICT infrastructure (in-house and contractors) in a timely cost effective and comprehensive manner such that conflicts are identified and resolved accordingly.
- Provides guidance managerial technical support to project team.
- Ability to advise and integrate MEP latest and best practices in building design.
- Implement and oversee sustainable solutions in line with BIAL vison on sustainability in MEP extent.
- Coordination with External consultants/ internal user department in framing design requirements.
- Review consultant and contractor proposals and submissions
- Coordinating with Project manager / Lead manager during the execution and ensuring all the MEP activities to complete as per schedule.
- Ensure project estimates are accurate and the project scope is executable within the budget
- All regulatory and HSE compliances are being adhered.
Utilization of softwares (ACAD MS office Etc..)
