Warehouse Administrator / Coordinator Clayton

Synergie is seeking a Warehouse Administrator / Coordinator for a leading paint and sealant manufacturerlocated in Clayton.
Important parts
Shift: Monday to Friday 7:00am 3:30pm (rarely any overtime)
Pay rate: $34 per hour ($35 with a valid forklift licence)
Location: Clayton VIC
Start date: Immediate start leave coverage until the new year with potential for ongoing or permanent employment

What you will be required to do
Support warehouse operations through accurate coordination of goods and documentation.
Manage dispatch and receiving of goods using SAP
Maintain stock accuracy and update inventory records
Prepare documentation for deliveries and shipments
Liaise with production and transport teams to ensure smooth workflow
Operate a forklift occasionally (if licensed) and maintain a safe organised warehouse area
To be successful in the role you will
Have previous experience in warehouse administration or coordination
Be proficient in SAP for inventory and dispatch operations
Hold a current forklift licence (advantageous but not essential)
Have full working rights in Australia with no restrictions
Demonstrate attention to detail reliability and strong communication skills
Be able to clear a police check and medical assessments includingdrug & alcohol component.
