DIRECTOR OPEN LEARNING VIDEO Open Learning will direct the development of a wide range of multimedia content necessary for Open Learning units to meet their business goals setting standards for production and overall quality of materials; collaborate with the Director for MIT Video Productions (MVP) and co-lead all video production both internal and external to Open Learning in pursuit of cross-cutting strategic and visionary media leadership for Open Learning; be responsible for allocating employee video and financial resources to meet the needs of business units; in collaboration with business unit leads develop operational plans and strategies that have significant impact across Open Learning and broadly and cohesively leverage video assets to advance Open Learning strategy in dialogue with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Requirements

REQUIRED: High school diploma or equivalent; a minimum of seven years of experience creating producing editing and packaging media content in a variety of formats; and experience managing one or more direct reports.

This is a hybrid role with up to 3 days a week required in person.
