Job Summary:

Are you a sourcing expert with a passion for finding top talent at scale HUB24 is seeking a driven and proactive Talent Resourcing Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team on a 4-month fixed term this pivotal role youll proactively build and nurture pipelines of high-quality candidates for key operational roles including Client Service Officers Platform Administrators Superannuation Administrators and Analysts. Whether you come from an internal recruitment team or an agency background if you thrive on high-volume sourcing and know your way around LinkedIn Recruiter Seek Talent Search and X-ray techniques we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter Seek Talent Search job boards databases and X-ray search techniques.
  • Build and maintain talent pools for critical and recurring roles across HUB24s Operations function.
  • Conduct initial outreach and screening conversations to assess candidate suitability.
  • Engage and nurture relationships with prospective candidates to ensure a positive experience.
  • Provide market intelligence and competitor insights to inform sourcing strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to understand role requirements.
  • Support employer branding initiatives through social media and talent community engagement.
  • Maintain accurate records and candidate data in ATS/CRM systems (Workday preferred).
  • Partner with external recruitment agencies when required to extend sourcing reach.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of sourcing processes and candidate experience.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in recruitment sourcing - either in-house or agency.
  • Expertise in high-volume candidate prospecting and pipeline building.
  • Strong proficiency with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter Seek Talent Search and Boolean/X-ray search.
  • Familiarity with ATS or CRM systems; Workday experience highly regarded.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders across the business.
  • Curious resourceful and detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
  • Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate about people talent and delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
