Job Summary

We are working with a well-established real estate investment and management company seeking a skilledProperty Managerto oversee the daily operations of a high-profile retail property. The ideal candidate will be experienced in tenant relations operations management and financial oversight with a strong focus on service excellence and operational integrity.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of day-to-day property operations ensuring a clean safe and well-maintained environment.
Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants addressing maintenance service and compliance needs promptly.
Partner with ownership accounting and leasing teams to support leasing activity and coordinate tenant improvement projects.
Oversee vendor relationships and contractor performance to maintain service quality and budget compliance.
Develop and manage annual operating budgets review financial reports and track expenses.
Ensure adherence to property policies lease terms and applicable regulatory and safety standards.
Lead and support on-site staff and contractors to maintain high operational standards.
Manage multiple initiatives with precision efficiency and a strong sense of urgency.
Deliver exceptional customer service while fostering positive tenant and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree required.
Minimum 3 years of experience in property management ideally within commercial or retail settings.
Strong understanding of lease administration facilities operations and vendor management.
Working knowledge of accounting principles budgeting and financial reporting.
CPM or related real estate management certification preferred.
Excellent communication leadership and organizational skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail.
