Job Summary
- Overall 6-10 yrs experience in Performance Testing with exposure in Jmeter & Loadrunner
- Hands on experience on performance monitoring tools like Dyna trace JvisualVM Perfmon ELK stack etc.
- Good knowledge on corelation & load model preparation
- Improve maturity and drive process and strategy for application performance engineering and performance test solutions across multiple projects
- Preparation of performance testing roadmap & test strategy
- Act as coach and mentor for performance test team members
- Educate project teams and stakeholders (where needed) on performance testing best practices and how to integrate performance engineering activities earlier into the SDLC
- Work with project stakeholders and teams to identify performance risks earlier in the SDLC
- Work with project stakeholders and teams to define usage models for desired performance testing goals and SLA s per project
- Performance test planning execution & reporting
- Coordination with Sys admin & Network admin Loadbalancer Admin solution architect for performance issues troubleshooting
- Must be able to provide tool agnostic solutions across different technology / applications/ integrations
- Provides recommendations regarding possible script failures or application failures in collaboration with Application/Architecture SMEs
- Demonstrate team approach to resolving defects and/or performance issues
- Should possess good verbal and written communication skills.
- Should be proficient in Customer and Stakeholder interaction
- Should possess strong analytical problem solving and troubleshooting abilities with quick adaptation to new technology methodologies and systems
- Should be flexible to work in shifts
- Jmeter execution monitoring using Grafana(Nice to have)
