Job Summary

This is a remote position.

Position: OSS Performance Reporting Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities:

Monitor and analyze network performance using ZTE OSS tools.
Generate performance reports for network KPIs (availability traffic quality etc.).
Identify network performance issues and provide recommendations for optimization.
Coordinate with RAN Core and Transmission teams for performance improvements.
Maintain accurate documentation of performance metrics alarms and reports.
Support network audits and management reporting requirements.

Skills Required:

Expertise in ZTE OSS platforms and Performance Management tools.
Strong understanding of network KPIs fault and performance correlation.
Ability to analyze network performance trends and provide actionable insights.
Knowledge of telecom networks (2G/3G/4G) and OSS functionalities.
Strong reporting skills and attention to detail.

Experience: 10 years in OSS Performance Management (or as per requirement)
