Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting and candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.

Industry Specialization: Mandatorily focus on recruiting for roles within the Manufacturing and Engineering domains demonstrating a strong understanding of technical requirements and industry trends.

Sourcing & Screening: Proactively source candidates using various channels (job boards social media networking etc.) and conduct initial screenings to assess qualifications and cultural fit.

Candidate Management: Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Adherence to Budget: Ensure all sourced profiles align strictly with the defined salary budget (Up to 4.5 LPA).

Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
