Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic Recruiter Intern who is eager to learn end-to-end recruitment processes. This internship offers hands-on exposure to sourcing screening coordination and client interaction while working closely with experienced recruiters.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate fit
Maintain and update candidate data in internal trackers
Post job openings on various platforms and groups
Support the recruitment team in IT and Non-IT hiring
Follow up with candidates for interview feedback and offer status
Learn and follow recruitment best practices and compliance guidelines
Skills & Requirements
Fresher or final-year student in HR Management Business or related fields
Strong communication skills (English regional language is a plus)
Basic understanding of recruitment or HR concepts (training will be provided)
Good interpersonal and coordination skills
Willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
Comfortable making calls and interacting with candidates
