Role Context
The Corporate Action Team manages interprets enhances and reports corporate events content for equity markets and other asset classes including funds. With increasing market complexity timely and accurate management of corporate events is a top priority. The team covers events such as Cash Dividends Rights Offering Spin Off Divestiture and Meetings.

- Improve coverage and quality of the corporate actions database
- Develop expertise across all Corporate Events
- Support client help desk with escalated queries
- Identify workflow efficiencies and implement tech solutions
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams
- Manage large and complex data projects
- Take ownership of key responsibilities
- Bachelors Degree in Business Finance Accounting Computer Science Economics or equivalent experience
- Fluency in English and Italian
- Strong interpersonal and client relationship skills
- Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
- Prior experience or knowledge in corporate finance
- Adaptability in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Project management experience
- Interest in information management technology and product development
- Background in equity markets and corporate events is a plus
