Role Description
- Partner closely with business and leadership teams to design and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees providing guidance on employee relations performance management and organizational development.
Lead the end-to-end employee lifecycle for the Pune location including onboarding engagement performance discussions and exits.
Drive a culture of transparency inclusivity and continuous feedback through proactive HR programs and initiatives.
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership on workforce trends attrition and engagement.
Partner with leadership during appraisals promotions and workforce planning discussions.
Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with employees and leaders to foster engagement collaboration and retention.
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues while ensuring fairness and compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure smooth hiring onboarding and workforce readiness for the Pune office.
Implement HR initiatives that drive high performance employee well-being and organizational effectiveness.
Lead performance management processes including goal setting feedback cycles and development planning.
Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams to drive diversity equity and inclusion initiatives.
Track and analyze key HR metrics to identify trends and propose proactive interventions.
Facilitate training and development programs to enhance leadership and managerial effectiveness.
Serve as the primary HR point of contact for the Pune location ensuring alignment of all HR activities with 66degrees culture and values.
