Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of the financial strategy to support business expansion and profitability.
  • Oversee group financial planning budgeting forecasting and performance management.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of consolidated financial reporting in accordance with IFRS.
  • Manage cash flow working capital treasury operations and liquidity planning.
  • Provide strategic guidance on investments capital structure and funding initiatives.
  • Implement strong internal control systems risk management frameworks and governance practices.
  • Oversee tax planning statutory filings and regulatory compliance.
  • Lead external and internal audit processes ensuring transparency and proper documentation.
  • Partner with executive leadership to evaluate new business opportunities M&A or strategic partnerships.
  • Build high-performing finance teams; mentor and develop financial talent across the organization.
  • Continuously assess and modernize finance operations through digital finance transformation and process efficiency.

Key Outcomes

1. Financial Excellence and Performance:

  • Achieve a Profit Before Tax (PBT) margin of 15% by 2025 and sustain EBITDA growth in alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Ensure that company delivers Free Cash Flow (FCF) of at least 10% annually.
  • Ensure operating expenses remain below 10% of revenue through strategic cost management.

2. Strategic Growth Enablement:

  • Support $18M in revenue for 2025 by aligning financial strategies with business objectives.
  • Identify and evaluate M&A opportunities executing on at least one strategic deal within the first 18 months.
  • Expand financial capabilities to support market entry in at least two global regions by 2026.

3. Flawless Financial Reporting and Forecasting:

  • Deliver monthly financial forecasts with 100% accuracy and actionable insights. Implement advanced forecasting and scenario planning models to guide agile decision-making.

4. Governance Risk and Compliance:

  • Achieve zero material audit findings through strengthened internal controls and compliance processes.
  • Implement a comprehensive risk management framework mitigating all identified financial risks proactively.

5. Operational Efficiency and Innovation:

  • Drive automation across finance processes to reduce manual effort by 30% within the first year.
  • Optimize working capital management to improve liquidity and sustain positive cash flow.

6. Stakeholder Confidence and Leadership:

  • Build trust and transparency with the Board shareholders and investors through clear communication and precise financial disclosures.
  • Establish ISN Medicals financial reporting as a benchmark for transparency and reliability.

7. Talent and Team Excellence:

  • Build and develop a finance team of A-players with at least 90% meeting or exceeding performance goals.
  • Implement a leadership development program ensuring succession readiness for all key finance roles within 18 months.

  • HND or Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Economics Business Administration or a related field. Masters degree (MBA/Finance) strongly preferred.
  • Professional certification such as ACA ACCA CPA or CFA required.
  • 1015 years progressive finance leadership experience with at least 5 years in a senior executive role (CFO Deputy CFO or Finance Director).
  • Experience in group structure management and consolidation reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS tax regulations corporate governance and compliance frameworks.
  • Proven track record in capital planning cost optimization and financial risk management.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking and business partnering capability with a commercial mindset.
  • High proficiency in ERP systems financial modeling data analytics and financial automation tools.
