Role Overview The Business Development Executive will be responsible for sourcing qualifying and generating business leads for Whitelion Systems Pvt. Ltd. The role will require identifying prospective clients conducting outreach and maintaining a strong pipeline of leads. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure lead quality and timely conversion into business opportunities
Lead Generation:
Identify potential clients through online research databases and networking events. Generate quality leads through calls emails and social media outreach.
Lead Qualification:
Qualify leads based on their fit with Whitelions target market and conversion potential ensuring they meet quality criteria before passing them on to the sales team.
CRM Management:
Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and timely data. Ensure quick lead entry tracking and follow-ups.
Collaboration with Sales and Sales Support Team:
Work with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of leads and contribute to the overall sales pipeline by generating valuable prospects.
Market Research:
Conduct research to identify new business trends and opportunities enabling the team to target the right customers effectively.
