Job Summary
- Identify cultivate and engage corporate donors both local and international.
- Utilize professional networks to connect with potential corporate donors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate decision-makers CSR managers and business leaders.
- Develop and execute strategic fundraising campaigns targeting corporate sponsors.
- Prepare compelling funding proposals sponsorship packages and grant applications aligned with corporate interests.
- Leverage creative storytelling to inspire donor support and strengthen the organizations brand message.
- Secure donations sponsorships and partnerships through proactive solicitation and persuasive proposal presentations.
- Serve as a brand ambassador by effectively communicating the organizations mission and impact.
- Represent the organization at corporate events business forums and networking functions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align fundraising activities with organizational goals.
- Stay informed about industry trends and corporate CSR activities to identify new fundraising opportunities.
- Ensure effective donor recognition reporting and engagement by providing regular updates on the impact of their contributions to build and sustain long-term partnerships.
- Track fundraising performance and report progress toward set targets.
Requirements
- Must have at least a Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Communications Public Relations or a related field.
- Must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience in the nonprofit sector healthcare philanthropy or corporate fundraising sector.
- Proven connections and experience engaging with leading companies and CSR departments in Ghana.
- Must possess great communication (verbal and written) and negotiation skills.
- Must be creative and possess strong coordination skills.
- Must possess excellent negotiation and proposal-writing skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and possess a valid drivers license.
