Personal & Admin Assistant to Managing Director (Recruitment & Marine Industry)
Salary: $60000 per annum superannuation

About the Role
Were seeking a highly capable and fast-thinking Administrative Assistant / Personal Assistant to support a driven and fast-paced business owner within the Super yacht recruitment and concierge industry.
This is a multifaceted role where no two days are the same. Youll be responsible for managing administration streamlining systems and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be diligent proactive and a natural problem-solver someone who can manage competing priorities stay composed under pressure and think several steps ahead.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to the Managing Director
Manage a demanding calendar coordinate appointments travel and client meetings
Develop document and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support business efficiency
Prepare polished correspondence reports and presentations
Anticipate needs and resolve challenges quickly and effectively
Liaise with clients candidates and suppliers with professionalism and discretion
Manage task lists project timelines and ensure deadlines are consistently met
Support recruitment activities and maintain accurate database records (Zoho Recruit and experience highly regarded)
Multitask and remain focused in a fast-moving high-pressure environment

High level of computer literacy (Microsoft Office Zoho Recruit)
Discretion professionalism and a strong work ethic
