RESPONSIBILITIES:
Organize daily tasks by checking the status of service orders scheduling customer installations performing account provisioning phone porting and taking care of billing all while being the internal coordinator to ensure our customers are the primary focus.
Handle incoming calls from customers and technicians while also making outbound calls to coordinate installations and site surveys.
Collaborate with internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure seamless business installations.
Exceed customer expectations by delivering passionate and exceptional service.
Multitask effectively to handle various responsibilities and maintain a high level of productivity.
Colorado Residents: typical pay range for this role will be from $19 to $23 per hour depending on experience.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent education post-secondary education preferred.
At least 1 year of previous customer service emphasis on over the phone interactions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong focus on customer service.
Ability to learn new concepts quickly and solve problems logically.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Self-directed and able to handle confidential information.
Be technical in nature having an interest in all aspects of telecommunications.
REQUIREMENTS:
Remain stationary for extended periods.
Ability to communicate information.
Ability to operate a computer.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Demonstrated skills in building trust and maintaining customer relationships.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Have a positive attitude be a professional exhibit a high level of integrity.
Possess a proficiency in typing.
Be comfortable working emails and phone calls both.
Coordinate multiple projects & responsibilities at the same time.
