What will you be doing
You will lead EUC support operations providing technical assistance for Windows and Mac environments across onsite and remote teams. The role involves troubleshooting hardware/software issues managing endpoint tools and enhancing user experience through proactive support and collaboration.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide L1/L2 support for Windows 10/11 macOS Any MS Office 365 issues VPN printers network and security tools.
- Lead and mentor EUC engineers ensuring SLA adherence and high-quality ticket resolution.
- Administer remote support tools (e.g. TeamViewer Teams) & working experience with endpoint management platforms (Intune JAMF) and security tools (CrowdStrike TrendMicro & Simply Secure).
- Collaborate with vendors service partners and internal teams to resolve issues and implement improvements.
- Maintain documentation SOPs and technical manuals; generate reports and insights for performance tracking.
- Support Audio Video systems for Meeting & Conference rooms MS Teams and workplace tools (Access control); contribute to automation and infrastructure enhancements.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science or related field (preferred).
- 58 years in EUC support with hands-on experience in both Windows and Mac environments.
- MCSE ACSP or equivalent certifications are an added advantage.
- Strong communication and global support experience (APAC/NA/EMEA) is a plus.
