Compensation: $190000 - $205000 (Base Salary) Equity
We are a leading workplace platform transforming modern workplaces for hybrid work across over 20000 locations globally. Our platform redefines how companies manage visitors desks rooms and deliveries. We are seeking an exceptional Senior Software Engineer to join the Admin Platform (AMP) team which builds mission-critical features (like SCIM SSO and Custom Roles) for our largest enterprise customers directly impacting company revenue and customer delight.
This is a high-impact back-end focused role that involves working on a variety of customer-facing features and key architectural challenges related to enterprise scale security and performance. You will be a technical leader driving innovation in the hybrid workplace.
You will:
- Enterprise Development: Design and implement enterprise-grade services and features specifically targeting the largest customers (1000 employees) to boost Envoys revenue.
- System Quality: Ensure the quality security availability and performance of services including responding to incidents identifying/resolving bottlenecks and fixing bugs.
- Technical Leadership: Serve as the technical expert/lead on team projects providing mentorship and technical guidance to less experienced engineers.
- Project Ownership: Drive engineering projects from inception to completion with a sense of urgency acting as a future shaper who guides technical direction for the team and company.
- Quality Assurance: Deliver excellent software through comprehensive peer-reviews CI and automated testing.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers and designers) to define and ship new features.
Requirements- Experience: 6-7 years of experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer with a focus on Back-end development.
- Versatility: Ability to work across the entire stack when needed.
- Enterprise Focus: Proven experience designing building and maintaining enterprise-grade services (e.g. SSO SCIM Custom Roles advanced permissioning).
- System Quality: Expertise in ensuring the security availability and performance of production services at scale.
- Mentorship: A track record of providing technical guidance and mentorship to other engineers.
