Job Summary

Your contribution to Prysmians Success:
We are looking for a Sales Manager I&C Germany to join our Team in Sales department.
Reporting directly to CCO you will:

  • Account Management & Sales Growth

Maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities in the Do it yourself (DIY) sector.
Actively approaching potential new customers and converting them into long-term business relationships.
Acting as the main point of contact for your accounts with the aim of ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Sales execution

Presenting Prysmians cable solutions to customers focusing on their added value for electrical installations and industrial applications.
Preparing competitive offers conducting negotiations and closing deals in line with company objectives.

  • Market knowledge

Continuously monitoring market trends customer needs and competitor activities in the electrical installation DIY and mechanical engineering sectors.

  • Collaboration & coordination

Working closely with internal teams (engineering production logistics) to ensure on-time delivery that meets customer expectations.
Coordinating with product management on product life cycles and new developments.
Supporting technical discussions with customers to match their requirements with Prysmians solutions.
