Job Summary
Who we are
As a (Senior) Account Manager youll take ownership of small to mid-sized projects and play an active role in larger client accounts from strategic planning to flawless execution. Youll work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure creative data-driven and results-oriented solutions that drive brand success.
Your mission
- Manage and grow client relationships ensuring seamless communication and delivery across all project phases.
- Apply your knowledge of client economics marketing and digital strategy audience insights and competitive landscapes to develop tailored solutions.
- Lead client and internal meetings with clear objectives and actionable outcomes.
- Oversee budgets timings and resources in close collaboration with senior leadership.
- Monitor industry trends and market developments to identify new business opportunities for clients and the agency.
Your profile
- You have proven experience (3 years) in account and/or project management ideally within marketing and/or an agency.
- Strong understanding of brand management communication strategies and cross-channel marketing.
- Skilled at identifying client needs managing expectations and proactively driving solutions.
- Structured analytical and results-driven mindset with a strong sense of efficiency and quality.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with confidence in both internal and client-facing settings.
- A true team player who collaborates effectively with creative strategy and data teams to deliver holistic client solutions.
- Fluent German (C1C2) and professional English skills are a must.
