Compensation & Benefits
Earn $35000 to $100000 annuallythrough our competitive pay plan bonuses and commissions.

What You Will Do
Build strong customer relationships and deliver a memorable car-buying experience
Assist customers with vehicle selection based on needs lifestyle and budget
Learn and present vehicle features benefits and technology confidently
Conduct professional test drives and vehicle demonstrations (new and pre-owned)
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction referrals and repeat business
Work directly with F&I Managers to present financing options leasing options and warranty/vehicle protection programs
Collaborate with Sales Managers to achieve team and individual goals
Maintain a positive professional and team-oriented attitude
Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills
Coachable goal-driven and eager to learn the automotive business
Professional appearance and conduct
Able to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays (Closed on Sundays)
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
Able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
Prior automotive retail customer service or sales experience is a plus but not required.
