To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth were looking to add a Regional Operations - Audit position will be based in Mumbai.
What a typical day looks like:
- Conduct periodic audits of ASPs to ensure compliance with quality process and documentation norms
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Technical Support Quality and Logistics) for smooth service delivery
- Maintain detailed reports and dashboards on ASP performance audit PJP & findings and action plans
- Identify areas of improvement within ASP operations and recommend process enhancements
- Ability to observe and assess operations with an owls eye for accuracy and compliance.
Here is some of what youll need (required)
- Proficient in data analysis MS Excel and reporting tools
- Good communication coordination and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a dynamic environment
- Willing to travel 10 to 15 days/Month
