Regional Tech Partner, APAC

You will join our Technical Partner department

As our new Tech Partner for Asia Pacific you will be part of a Tech Partner department in our global Technology Function Ramboll Tech. It is a diverse team spread across various locations working towards the common goal of improving collaboration between Rambolls Business Units and Ramboll Tech. Ultimately the goal is to ensure Rambolls business success through better use of technology and through standardization.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:

• Serve as a primary point of contact between the Ramboll business units in Asia and Ramboll Tech.
• Facilitate clear and effective communication ensuring that technical concepts are understood by non-technical stakeholders.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders across various countries and departments. Understand their unique needs and function as a trusted advisor on technology matters.
• Ensure that Rambolls office landscape related technical elements are according to Ramboll Tech standards and business processes run smoothly
• Drive standardisation of technology and processes across Ramboll business units in Asia
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their needs goals and challenges. Translate these requirements into technology strategies and action plans that align with the organisations overarching objectives.
• Lead change initiatives related to technology adoption. Provide guidance and support to teams during transitions ensuring seamless integration of new tools and processes.
• Capture new business demands and ensure business requirements are clearly articulated and validated.
• Ensure the effective and efficient use of technology provided by Ramboll Tech.
• Drive compliance with standards and support change management towards Global Platforms.
• Report on KPIs to Country Management. Ensure agreed Service Levels are met and identify areas of performance improvements.
• Manage potential business escalations professionally regarding technology and performance

• Bachelors or masters degree in computer science information systems business administration or other related field or equivalent work experience
• Typically have 5 years of experience with a broad range of exposure to various technical environments and business segments
• Strong business acumen with working knowledge of the industry major business processes and key performance indicators
• Experience working in a multicultural environment spanning different time zones and geographies.
• Experience with program and portfolio management (desirable)
• Global/International Virtual organization (desirable)
• Broad understanding of current and emerging technology trends and developments
• Strong working knowledge of governance policies and practices
• Ability to travel internationally and domestically
