- Identify qualify and solicit new group and conference business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Handle incoming inquiries for groups and meetings in a professional and timely manner.
- Prepare and present proposals quotations and contracts to clients.
- Maintain regular contact with existing and potential clients through calls emails and site inspections.
- Coordinate with the Events and Operations teams to ensure flawless execution of all group and conference requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the hotels CRM system.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and forecasts as requested by management.
- Stay updated on market trends competitor activities and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
- Represent the hotel at trade shows networking events and sales missions as required.
- Ensure all sales activities are aligned with the hotels standards and brand values.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Tourism Business Administration Marketing or a related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in a similar position preferably within a
- Strong sales orientation with a proven ability to achieve and exceed targets
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key accounts
- Highly organized with strong planning and time management skills
- Team player with the ability to work independently when required
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a guest-oriented and solution-focused approach
- Proficient in MS Office applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Excellent command of English both written and spoken
- Flexible and able to adapt to a fast-paced working environment and variable working hours
