The Onboarding Administrator provides a vital service within the Onboarding team. They establish and maintain working partnerships within a fast-paced environment whilst holding themselves and others accountable. They use initiative to prioritise and complete tasks in order of importance and report back on issues in a timely manner offering solutions whilst demonstrating patience despite setbacks.
An active participant in the team they execute a range of background checks liaising with third parties to ensure completion in a timely manner and are integral in building a compliant contractor pack for our clients.
Core Responsibilities:
- Delivers a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers
- Draft review and send bespoke welcome emails to candidates to initiate onboarding process
- Responsible for the initiation and completion of key onboarding checks such as credit criminal sanction checks and the self-auditing of these checks
- Peer auditing of key onboarding checks & completing any corrective actions required
- Manage internal inboxes and the self-allocation of work
- Workload tracker maintenance
- Support the Allegis Group Onboarding team in ensuring candidates are compliant ahead of their start date
- Responsible for high volumes of data entry validation of data and integrity for all information entered into key systems
- A subject matter expert on the compliance check process and policy set by Allegis Group our clients and legislation
- Dedicated point of contact for internal customer queries relating to onboarding and proactively seeks solutions escalating where appropriate
- Advises internal customers on policies compliance and any other information that affects the business and/or the individual
- Partners with internal to obtain required documentation and information
- Complete ad hoc projects and duties requested by manager or supervisor
