ROLE SUMMARY
This is a critical senior leadership role to enable delivery of our growth performance and marketing execution.
Commercial Expert for IDM I4G group of markets with high knowledge of healthcare systems GTM models and business/customer strategies marketing objectives opportunities and risks specific to markets.
Oversight of brand/portfolio performance in IDM I4G markets across Specialty Care to ensure execution of commercial goals and capital allocation to drive growth.
Partnership with IDM I4G Group Presidents/Category Leads/Cluster Commercial Lead/Country Leads to meet business goals. Provide challenge to leadership teams as necessary to address performance execution and support decision making.
Enable wider enterprise support to identify critical opportunities/risks to manage competitive marketplace.
Ensure insights are driving brand/customer strategy and I4G group/market needs are met by Commercial Office brand teams
Be the PoC for VMG promoted brands and ensure VMG LT have the latest updates on key promoted brands within VMG ensuring alignment and visibility.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Engage with senior leadership (e.g. IDM I4G Group Presidents/Category Leads/Country Leads/ICO) to:
Provide commercial insight to performance.
Coordinate group/market deep-dives with relevant stakeholders when needed.
Provide strategic counsel on cross-portfolio capital allocation to maximize growth.
Provide input to talent processes to help the growth journey of the talents.
Act as point of contact and sounding board for I4G Leadership Teams to:
Guide execution and operationalization of strategy across the groups/markets ensuring strategy pull-through prioritizing key actions.
Identify and align on key barriers & opportunities and ensure a timely action plan against these across different cultural backgrounds.
Partners with I4G Commercial Leads in coordinating key annual financial LE/OP and monthly performance processes to provide a holistic International view by tracking financial and non-financial KPIs and providing deep insight into performance.
Help prioritize and monitor impact of group/market specific projects for broader scale-up decisions.
Surface and cascade the best practices.
Ensure specific metrics to track action plans and execution.
Understand tech tools and Adobe to prepare analytics identify patterns and realign execution as necessary in partnership with GTMx team.
QUALIFICATIONS
Senior leadership of country/region as a Category Head or Regional Brand Leader and experience of influencing senior leaders.
Demonstrated successful track record in managing virtual teams and matrix.
Extensive and multiple years of Marketing experience with demonstrated capability.
Broad knowledge and experience of the relevant healthcare and pharmaceutical environment across International.
Commercial/portfolio management experience including accountability for revenues/operating expenses (P&L) asset allocation value and cost driver decisions.
Senior Level executive presence and emotional intelligence to negotiate capital allocations.
German speaking is an advantage but not essential.
NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS
Up to 50% Travel across the defined area.
This role predominantly aligns with the Europe time zones
