- Support the Product Manager in managing day-to-day operations of assigned white label lending products.
- Act as a key point of contact for internal teams brokers and external funder partners ensuring smooth collaboration and timely issue resolution.
- Assist in analysing product performance data identifying trends and providing insights to improve customer outcomes and portfolio profitability.
- Help design and implement process improvements to reduce manual work improve accuracy and drive operational efficiency.
- Support the delivery of pricing and product campaigns in partnership with funders ensuring competitiveness and compliance with risk frameworks.
- Contribute to the onboarding and rollout of new lending products features or enhancements ensuring readiness across all teams.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) highlighting opportunities for improvement or areas of concern.
- Participate in reviews of operational workflows identifying areas to automate simplify or enhance customer and broker experiences.
- Support financial management activities including monitoring budgets and assisting with reconciliation and reporting.
- Escalate risks and issues appropriately ensuring compliance with governance and regulatory standards.
Qualifications :
- Experience in Product Operations and Lending is mandatory.
- Familiarity with lending products broker operations or white-label funding partnerships is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders across multiple business units.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and an interest in improving processes and systems.
