The Opportunity
Were offering an exciting opportunity to join a newly formed and fast-growing PGSV team in Ludvika Sweden. As a Shipping and Customs Specialist youll play a key role in ensuring smooth outbound logistics and customs operations for a global customer base. Youll report directly to the Recruiting Manager Silvija Stirbyte and be part of the Order and Project Management team currently consisting of 8 dedicated team members.

How youll make an impact
- Ensure timely and compliant delivery through outbound logistics and customs processes
- Work with a diverse portfolio of global customers and partners - both internal and external
- Collaborate with freight forwarders and ensure compliance with transport and customs regulations
- Partner cross-functionally with teams such as Order Sales Finance Planning Production and SCM
- Stay current with regulatory changes and inform internal stakeholders while identifying skill development needs
- Implement and maintain procedures for origin classification customs value and declarations
- Escalate customs issues that deviate from procedures or pose risks to the company
- Ensure third-party customs work (e.g. freight forwarders suppliers) follows established procedures
Your background
- You hold a degree in the fields of Business administration Engineering Purchasing Customs or relevant work experience connected to this role
- You are driven innovative well organized and know how to prioritize your daily work
- You have great communication skills and are service-minded
- Strong communication skills in English and Swedish both written and spoken
- Knowledge of Polish is a plus
