As the Administration Officer you will be part of an experienced engaged and dedicated team that is committed to creating a welcoming professional and caring environment for the residents of St Vincents Care Carseldine. Our 189 bed facility offers residents a supportive and welcoming environment with Residential Living aged care Independent Living and Community Living services all available at the same location.

Things that work for us:

  • Relevant experience in a similar role providing administrative services and supporting your Manager with administrative leadership and organisation

  • Understanding interrelationship between Australian Aged Care Quality Agency Accreditation Standards and provision of services by St Vincents Care Services

  • Ability to work seamlessly both within a team as well as independently

  • Certificate/Diploma Business Frontline Management or IT desirable

  • High level of customer service skills

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills

  • Ability to follow directives as per care plan

  • Understanding of Aged Care and resident rights and responsibilities

  • National Police Certificate (within the last 6 months)

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check may be a requirement of this role
