Job Summary
Front Office Staff
Location:Pediatrics Fifth Avenue
Schedule:Full-Time 40 Hours per Week

As a Front Office Staff youll play a key role in creating a welcoming and efficient experience for our patients and families. Responsibilities include:
- Greeting patients and providing excellent customer service
- Verifying insurance and updating patient information
- Collecting payments and processing check-ins and check-outs
- Assisting in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a medical office setting preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills including phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment
- Proficient computer and typing skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not required
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalency
