Advantage Dealer Group is a growing family of automotive dealerships across theChicagoland area.
We are looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our Service Business Development Center (BDC). This team is the voice of our dealerships connecting with customers to schedule service appointments follow up on recommendations and ensure an exceptional ownership experience.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls texts and emails related to service scheduling and vehicle maintenance inquiries
- Make 100 outbound calls daily to follow up on:
- Missed service appointments
- Recall campaigns
- Declined service work
- Lost or inactive service customers
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate between advisors and technicians
- Use dealership CRM and scheduling systems (e.g. VinSolutions Xtime Volie) to manage leads
- Provide excellent customer service ensuring every guest feels valued and appreciated
- Track daily performance metrics (appointments set shown completed etc.)
Qualifications
- Previous BDC call center or customer service experience preferred (automotive experience a plus)
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Computer proficiency (CRM or dealership software experience is a bonus)
- Dependable professional and goal-driven
